This equipment is suitable for the concentration of traditional Chinese medicine, Western medicine, glucose, starch sugar, oral liquid, chemical, food, monosodium glutamate, dairy and other materials, as well as the recovery of industrial organic solvents (such as alcohol). It is suitable for the low-temperature vacuum concentration of small batches and a wide variety of heat sensitive materials. Adopting external heating natural circulation type and vacuum negative pressure evaporation method, it has fast evaporation speed, significant concentration ratio, and can reach 1.4 (general traditional Chinese medicine extract), without the need for an open pot to collect the extract.
This concentrator adopts three effects of simultaneous evaporation, and the secondary steam is repeatedly used, reducing energy consumption by about 70% compared to a single effect. The full investment of this concentrator can be recovered from the energy-saving cost in less than a year.
Multifunctional operation features:
(1) The Alcohol by volume concentration can be recovered at about 80 degrees;

This concentrator has a special structure, and the concentrated material has a strong taste and uniform green quality. The material can be concentrated without foam in the seal, so that it is not easy to run away and reduce pollution. The material is concentrated on the same day, so it is not easy to coke, and it is easy to clean. Open the upper and lower covers of the heater to clean, and save labor. One person can operate.
The contact area between this concentrator and the material is made of stainless steel SUS304. The heater and evaporator are both equipped with insulation layers. The insulation is made of polyurethane foam, and the outer surface is frosted and matte treated, meeting GMP standards.
